Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh’s upcoming film Gully Boy’s trailer was launched on Wednesday at a grand launch event. Within few minutes, the trailer sent the internet into a tizzy. No doubt that both Ranbir and Alia have outdone themselves in the Zoya Akhtar directorial. However, some one-liners from the film made their way to the viral social media memes on Twitter and Instagram. If you’ve gone through the trailer, there’s a specific scene in which Alia Bhatt’s character Safina is saying to Ranveer Singh, ‘Mar Jayega Tu’. This dialogue, which otherwise seems normal and apt to the situation, became the fodder of many social media memes. Here are some of the most hilarious Gully Boy memes that are doing rounds on the internet.

Not only the troll pages and parody accounts, Mumbai Police also used the popular Gully Boy dialogue to warn people against driving without wearing helmet/seat belt.

It wrote, “When he argues to ride a motorcycle without wearing helmet.”

Gully Boy’s tag line Apna Time Aayega also served as a perfect blueprint to make some really LOL-worthy memes.

Gully Boy’s trailer was launched in Mumbai at a grand launch event on Wednesday. It was attended by the actors Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt, director Zoya Akthar and also producer Javed Akhtar.
