New Delhi, July 22: Sony has also started a promotional exchange offer for its flagship devices, the Xperia Z and Xperia ZL that were launched, earlier this year.
Under the 'Big Xperia Xchange' offer the customer can get a minimum discount of Rs. 5,000 when they exchange their old smartphone with a Sony Xperia Z or ZL.
Under the offer, the Sony Xperia Z will now cost Rs. 33,790, as against its earlier price of Rs 38,790. Similarly, the Xperia ZL that was launched along with the flagship device, with a price tag of Rs. 35,690 is now available at a price of Rs. 30,690 under the exchange offer.
In addition to the exchange offer, the company is also giving a free case with the Sony Xperia Z worth Rs 1,990 and a free snap cover worth Rs. 1490 with Sony Xperia ZL. Besides, customers can also avail EMI offers for 12 months or 6 months period with 0 percent interest with select banks.
Launched earlier this year, the Xperia Z and ZL have a 5-inch Full HD (1920×1080 pixels) Reality display. Both are powered by 1.5 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon APQ8064 processor and run on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) and supported by 2GB RAM. These devices also have a 13 MP rear camera accompanied by LED flash and 2 MP front facing camera. Connectivity options in both phablets include, GPRS, EDGE, 3G, WiFi, DLNA, USB and Bluetooth.
