New Delhi:  Lenovo launched the much-awaited Moto Z and Moto Z Force smartphones at its Tech World 2016 event in San Francisco. 

One of the key highlights of these smartphones is the bunch of accessories called ‘Moto Mods’. These accessories can be magnetically attached to the smartphone. Both the smartphones have 16-pin connector that connects and interacts with the Moto Mods.

These Moto Mods, that can convert your Moto Z and Moto Z Force into a battery powerhouse, a portable projector, portable stereo and much more, go on sale with the smartphones in September.

Here are the four ‘Moto Mods’:

JBL Soundboost: One of the interesting add-ons in the new devices is the JBL SoundBoost. The Moto Mods will come with a two 27 mm speakers and also has a 1000 mAH battery, which gives an audio playback of 10 hours.

Incipico offGRID Power Pack: This is a power bank back cover with a power backup of 2,220mAh battery. It is designed to be lightweight and thin and is 79 grams and measures 152.7 x 73.5 x 6.2mm in dimension. There is a wireless charging edition as well.

Insta-Share Projector: This Moto Mod turns the Moto Z and Moto Z Force into a 70-inch big screen display on the wall or ceiling. It also has a 1,100mAh battery, which will give you a 1 hour of projection with a 480p resolution.

Moto Style Shells: These are simple back covers to enhance the look of your phone. They are either made from real wood, genuine leather or fabric patterns and don’t have any add on functionality.
