US: Train with 198 passengers derails after hitting a truck on tracks in California

An Amtrak train carrying nearly 200 passengers struck a county water truck and derailed in California

Fourteen people on the train were taken to hospitals with minor injuries.

“Most of the passengers were able to get off the train cars on their own,” an official said.
