Ram Nath Kovind is all set to retire as the President of India on July 24.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi hosted a dinner party in the President's honor at his residence.

The dinner was unique in a sense as it did not have the usual Lutyens Delhi crowd rather it was attended by various Padma awardees as well as many tribal leaders.

President Kovind was seen interacting and enjoying himself with the guests.

President-elect Droupadi Murmu also attended the farewell dinner for Kovind. Several other dignitaries included Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla and members of the prime minister's Cabinet.
