Expressing concern over the death of infants in Rajasthan's Kota, Lok Sabha speaker Om Birla told India TV that he has appealed to the state government to take all necessary steps towards preventing further deaths. Over 100 children died in the JK Lone hospital in Kota in the past one month. OM Birla, who represents the Kota parliamentary constituency, visited JK Lone Maternal and Child Hospital to take stock of the situation.
