Patna: Janata Dal (United) leader Nitish Kumar was on Friday sworn in for the fifth time as Chief Minister of Bihar.
Bihar Governor Ram Nath Kovind administered the oath of office and secrecy to Kumar at a ceremony witnessed by a galaxy of top leaders of several political parties and over one lakh people.
