On being asked about Adnan Sami conferred with Padma Shri award, Maharashtra Cabinet Minister and NCP leader Nawab Malik on Monday mocked at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said whoever will chant 'Jai Modi', will get citizenship of the country as well as a Padma Shri award.
