Uttarakhand: Operation resumes at tunnel in Joshimath, Chamoli dist after it was temporarily halted following a rise in water level of Rishiganga river. NDRF personnel say, "Water level is rising so teams were shifted to safer locations. Operation has resumed with limited teams."
