India-Russia Relations: Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri Says, "The Bond Is Beyond One Day"

While speaking on the exploration and production of crude oil between India and Russia Union Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas Hardeep Singh Puri stated that it is not a one-day affair. While addressing the press, he said, "If you look at exploration and production, it's not a one-day affair.
