5 National Highways closed due to snowfall in HP

Himachal Pradesh's Janjehli area of Mandi district received snowfall on January 18. According to Himachal Pradesh Disaster Management Authority, 322 roads including 5 National Highways have been closed, 323 electricity supply schemes and 26 water supply schemes have been disrupted across the state. The National Highway wing of Public Works Department (PWD) is on snow clearing operations in different locations in Kinnaur district.
