The personnel of the central agency and forensic experts reached Rajput's residence in Mont Blanc Apartment around 2.30 pm.
The Supreme Court on Wednesday ordered CBI investigation into Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput's death case. The apex court directed the transfer of an FIR, lodged at Patna against actress Rhea Chakraborty and others for allegedly abetting the suicide of actor Sushant Singh Rajput, to the CBI.
The protesters held placards which read: 'Bollywood Moordabad,' 'Hang the murderers of Sushant Singh Rajput,' 'Only CBI investigation' and 'Maharashtra government Moordabad.'

A massive political blame game has erupted over Sushant Singh Rajput's death case probe. After the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) filed an FIR taking over the investigation and re-registered the Patna police FIR related to alleged criminal conspiracy and abetment to suicide against his Rhea Chakraborty and her family members, the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) in Maharashtra has expressed its displeasure. Meanwhile, the Bihar government has opposed Rhea Chakraborty's plea in the Supreme Court as "premature, misconceived and non-maintainable."
A CBI spokesperson here said, "After getting the notification from the Central government, CBI is in the process of registration of the case." He said the agency is in touch with the Bihar Police. The development comes a day after the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) issued a notification, paving the way for the central investigative agency to register a case.
