"The Rashtriya Lok Dal will contest the UP assembly bypolls on its own whenever they are held. However, it is too early to comment on the political scene of the state," Masood Ahmad said.
Making a direct attack on the Prime Minister, Singh said: "The farmers had gone to Delhi on October 2 seeking fair price for sugarcane but you subjected them to lathi charge and water cannons. This government is ant-farmer."
