At least seven workers of Pappu Yadav's Jan Adhikar Party were arrested in Patna on Thursday for blocking the movement of a passenger train at Patna Junction as part of farmers' Rail Roko agitation. Police said that tight security arrangements are in place at all the city railway stations in view of the station.

The protesters have decided to organise 'Rail Roko' across India from 12 pm to 4 pm on February 18. As part of the agitation, the protesting farmers have decided to free all road toll plazas in Rajasthan starting February 12.
