  The Lucknow bench comprising Justice AR Masoodi and Justice Rajiv Singh asked the Central Government to arrive to a final decision regarding the PIL and provided liberty to the petitioner to approach the court again after that.

  The PIL filed by petitioner S Vignesh Shishir was last heard by the Allahabad High Court on October 24 and the matter is under investigation by the CBI. Shishir in his plea claimed that Gandhi also holds British citizenship.
