ISRO to launch PSLV-C56 with six co-passenger satellites on July 30

The rocket also carried two small satellites, INSPIREsat-1 and INS-2TD, as co-passengers.
The launch of the Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle, which will also carry two small co-passenger satellites, is scheduled at 05:59 hours on Monday, from the First Launch Pad of Satish Dhawan Space Centre at Sriharikota in Andhra Pradesh.
NSIL undertook this mission under a commercial arrangement with Seattle, US-based satellite rideshare and mission management provider, Spaceflight Inc. Amazonia-1 is the optical earth observation satellite of the National Institute for Space Research (INPE).
ISRO PSLV-C50 Mission: The Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle or PSLV's 52nd mission is scheduled for lift-off at 15:41 hours today from the second launch pad at the spaceport of Sriharikota 'subject to weather conditions', ISRO said.
"I am extremely happy to declare the 50th PSLV vehicle, C48 successfully injected RISAT-2BR1 and nine customer satellites precisely into the 576 km orbit," ISRO chairman K Sivan said.
India's Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) rocket is expected to put 14 satellites into orbit in about 27 minutes after its lift off at 9.28 a.m. on November 27 from the second launch pad at the Sriharikota rocket port in Andhra Pradesh. The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) will be sending up its PSLV-XL variant with 14 satellites.
The rocket will carry the RISAT-2B weighing 615 kg which will beef up India's surveillance capabilities from the sky.
This mission, the sixth one this year made use of a polar satellite launch vehicle (PSLV), also witnessed the launch of HysIS – India’s own earth observation satellite.
After over 17 minutes into the flight, the PSLV rocket will place the HysIS satellite with a mission life span of five years in 636 km polar sun synchronous orbit.
The launch will take place from the First Launch Pad of Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Andhra Pradesh's Sriharikota.
