Counting of votes polled in the November 3 by-elections to Dumka and Bermo assembly seats in Jharkhand began at 8 am on Tuesday amidst tight security, election officials said.
Sikaripara Constituency Result Live: As the counting of votes came to an end, Nalin Soren of JMM has won the elections by 29471 votes. He has defeated BJP's Paritosh.
Saraikela Constituency result: JMM's Champai Soren has won the Saraikela seat trumping BJP's Ganesh Mahali.
Tundi constituency Results 2019:Mathura Prasad Mahato of JMM has won the election by 25659 votes.

An estimated 62.54 per cent of over 47 lakh electorate cast their votes in the fourth phase of Jharkhand Assembly elections to 15 seats on Monday, Election Commission (EC) officials said.
Polling in 15 constituencies including 5 naxal affected constituencies of Bagodar, Jamua (SC), Giridh, Dumri and Tundi will begin at 7 am. While the polling in the 5 naxal affected constituencies will end at 3 pm, in other constituencies, voters will be able to cast their votes till 5 pm.

Saturday marked the phase one of the polling in Jharkhand assembly elections 2019. During the course of the day, scuffle broke out between the Congress and the BJP supporters in Palamu when Congress candidate KN Tripathi brandished a gun and clashed with BJP candidate Alok Chaurasia. The supporters of the two leaders were involved in a scuffle which was caught on camera.
The five-phase assembly elections in the state are scheduled to end on December 20 and counting will take place on December 23.
