The BCCI announced a 16-member Indian squad for the five-match T20 series against Bangladesh starting April 28. Harmanpreet Kaur will continue to lead the side with Smriti Mandhana being her deputy while three of the stars of the WPL 2024 have been called up, two of them being uncapped.

India are slated to play a five-match T20I series against Bangladesh. India's previous tour of Bangladesh was marred by controversies and it ended with skipper Harmanpreet Kaur copping a two-game ban.
