Gulabchand Kataria Gulab Chand Kataria DOB: October 13, 1944

Born on October 13, 1944 in Delwara, Rajsamand, Gulab Chand Kataria is the incumbent Home Minister of Rajasthan. Kataria first won Assembly election in Rajasthan in 1977. He has also been member of the 9th Lok Sabha from 1989 to 1991. Kataria is contesting Rajasthan Assembly election 2018 from Udaipur, a seat he has been winning since last three times. The Congress has fielded veteran leader Girija Vyas against Kataria. Vyas had defeated Gulab Chand Kataria in 1985 assembly elections. She had also defeated Kataria in 1991 Lok Sabha elections.
