Amid an acute shortage of medical oxygen in Delhi due to rising cases of COVID-19, a Gurdwara in Greater Kailash area has started "Oxygen Langar" where people are lining up for refilling of empty oxygen cylinders.
Director of Delhi Government’s Lok Nayak Jai Prakash (LNJP) Hospital, Dr. Suresh Kumar said on Saturday that all ICU beds in our hospital are full for the last 4-5 days. Some serious patients require 40–50 liters of oxygen per minute to maintain oxygen levels. Oxygen supply chains are also being affected.
