Darbhanga SSP said that the accused was arrested from Darbhanga's Bahera police station area and added he was studying in Patna.
The arrested suspects have been identified as 28-year-old Aas Mohammed and 23-year-old Mohammed Harris. Aas is a resident of UP's Saharanpur, while Harris hails from Uttarkhand's Haridwar.
The terrorist, a main accused in the rocket-propelled grenade attack at the Punjab Police headquarters in Mohali was apprehended from Mumbai on Thursday, DGP Gaurav Yadav said.
Nine Pakistani nationals were caught with drugs worth Rs 280 crore in April. The boat was seized from the Jakhau port.
ATS had arrested 28-year-old Junaid Mohammed Ata Mohammed on May 24 from Pune's Dapodi area. He was allegedly in touch with active members of Pakistan-based LeT's terror network through social media platforms.
Last week, ATS arrested well-known Islamic scholar Maulana Kaleem Siddiqui from Meerut for allegedly running the "biggest conversion syndicate", a police official had said.
The man, whose identity was not revealed by the ATS, was nabbed from Mumbra town in neighbouring Thane district on Saturday night after information received about him from Zakir Hussain Shaikh (45), an accused who was arrested by the ATS from Jogeshwari in Mumbai on Friday, he said.
All four suspects are being interrogated by the ATS at a secret place. The suspects were traced in a Haryana number vehicle, following which the administration had started searching for the suspects.
