Bulgarian powerhouse Dimitar Berbatov is making his way into the Indian Super League (ISL) and is set to join Kerela Blasters FC. The former Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspurs striker has set his eyes on India as the free agent chose his destination wisely. The Bulgarian has played in the Premier League, Bundesliga and the French Ligue as well.

Free agent Berbatov's contract expired from the Greek League's POAK Salonika where he scored 4 goals in 6 appearances. The striker couldn't create much of an impact in Greece but surely the Kerala Blasters would be the perfect club for the Bulgarian to do what he does best and that is scoring absolute screamers.

Berbatov has tapped in 48 goals for Bulgaria in his International career. The Bulgarian forward joined Tottenham Hotspurs and provided over 27 goals in 67 appearances at White Hart Lane. Berbatov then made a move to Manchester United where he won the Premier League twice, one F.A Cup under Sir Alex Fergusson. The striker smashed in 49 goals in 82 appearances for the Red Devils. Berbatov has over 734 career appearances and has scored over 328 career goals till date. The Bulgarian has also received the Premier League Golden Boot

The 36 year has now moved to Kerala Blasters FC where the striker will definitely look forward to making an impact on the Indian club.
