New Delhi: Sports Minister Sarbananda Sonowal today wished the Indian team taking part in the cricket World Cup beginning tomorrow in Australia and New Zealand all the success.
In a message, the Minister said that "best wishes of billions of Indians are with Team India" and he is confident that "M S Dhoni and his team-mates would lift the trophy to bring laurels to the country".
India begin their campaign against arch-rivals Pakistan at the Adelaide Oval on Sunday.
