Newlywed pair of Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli and Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma was spotted spending some together at the British High Commission in New Delhi. Both Kohli and Anushka took some time out of their busy schedules to make the visit on Thursday.
"Having scored a duck at the Commonwealth Cricket Cup I felt a spot of coaching from a pro would be in order! So good to have coffee today with @imVkohli. Cricket is just one of the many examples of #LivingBridge between our two countries," Dominic Asquith, the British High Commissioner, was quoted by the British High Commission in a tweet.
While Kohli is currently preparing for the 11th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL), beginning April 7, his wife Anushka is busy shooting Aanand L Rai's Zero and Yash Raj Films' Sui Dhaaga.
The Sultan actress wrapped up Sui Dhaaga shooting in Bhopal on March 22 and immediately flew to New Delhi to complete the Delhi leg of the shoot, which started on March 24.
As Anushka arrived Delhi two days earlier, she pinched two days to be with her husband. A report quoted, “Anushka and Virat have been working at a frenetic pace, and have been unable to spend much time together owing to their busy schedules. Under the captaincy of Kohli, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) will take on Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in their first match of the IPL 2018 at Eden Gardens on April 8.
