Shimla, Feb 23: Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) Himachal Pradesh unit chief Satpal Satti was Friday re-elected to the post for a second term, the party said.
Satti, a three-time legislator, has been given another term, said a party spokesman, adding the decision was taken after consulting senior state leaders.
Satti's name was proposed by former chief minister Prem Kumar Dhumal, he added.
The BJP faced a humiliating defeat in the recent state assembly elections.
