New Delhi: You may call it fear of anti-incumbency, Modi wave or AAP effect, the reality is that many Congress leaders including some of the big guns are so scared of defeat in the upcoming general elections that they want to change their Lok Sabha constituencies and are looking for safer seats.
The popularity of the Congress party, that is in power for the last 10 years, is at an all time low and these leaders have perhaps realized which way the wind is blowing. Some senior leader have decided to move over to Rajya Sabha so that they won't have to face the ignominy of defeat in the LS elections.
