Howrah: BJP leader Rupa Ganguly, famous for her portrayal of Draupadi in Mahabharata, has been caught on camera slapping a Trinamool Congress worker outside a polling booth in Howrah.

Here is the video which is going viral on social media platforms.

The 49-year-old film star-turned-BJP women’s wing president is contesting West Bengal Assembly Elections 2016 from north Howrah seat on BJP's ticket.

Ganguly is also the face of BJP in West Bengal.

TMC leader and former Bengal cricket captain Laxmi Ratan Shukla is pitted against Rupa Ganguly from north Howrah seat.
