Umran Malik is the only Indian pacer in history to clock 157 kmph in professional cricket. The Jammu and Kashmir pacer burst into the scene for his pace and clocked 157, while playing for Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Indian Premier League. However, due to consistency issue, he failed to remain in India's scheme of things. Injuries also played a role, as Umran has spent the majority of his time in the NCA in the recent past. He was picked by KKR in IPL 2025, but wasn't fit to feature.
