Where Sunil Gavaskar is regarded as one of the greatest batters of all time, Rohan Gavaskar was unable to follow in his father's footsteps and match his legacy. Where Sunil Gavaskar played 233 matches across formats for India, Rohan only played 11 ODIs for the Indian team.

3. Yuvraj and Yograj Singh are one of the most famous father-son duos to play for the Indian team. Where Yograj Singh only represented India in 7 games across formats, scoring 11 runs and taking five wickets, Yuvraj Singh etched his name in the history books as one of the greatest all-rounders of his time, playing 402 matches across formats, Yuvraj amassed 11,778 runs to his name and took 148 wickets as well.

4. Lala and Mohinder Amarnath are yet another duo to have played for team India, Lala Amarnath represented India across 24 matches, where he scored 478 runs and took 45 wickets.
