Arun Jaitley: A leader for all seasons and reasons | IN PICS

Arun Jaitley was a born leader and there is no doubt about it. In his collage days he was an ABVP leader and soon after entering the mainstream politics, he held the Cabinet portfolios of Finance, Defence, Corporate Affairs, Commerce and Industry and Law and Justice in the Atal Bihari Vajpayee and the Narendra Modi governments. When Modi came back to power in May 2019, Jaitley chose to stay away from "any responsibility," citing ill health. Jaitley died on Saturday (August 24) after prolonged illness. He was 66.
