Amritsari kulcha: Another flatbread that made it to the list, Amritsari kulcha is best paired with chickpea curry. The name of the dish comes from the North Indian city of Amritsar. This flatbread is stuffed with potatoes, onions, cottage cheese, and spices, and garnished with coriander seeds, cilantro, and red chili powder.
