The love affair started on the sets of Koffee with Karan when Sara confessed she had a crush on Kartik.

And Imtiaz Ali got them together for 'Love Aaj Kal' sequel.

And then it was -- Pyaar huya, ikraar huya -- all along.

Sara and Kartik's film is scheduled to release next year on the Valentine's Day.
