US President-elect Donald Trump has said that his administration will try its best to bring back jobs to the United States by giving preference to American products and American workers.
"My administration will follow two simple rules - buy American and hire American. The American workers built this country and now it's time for American workers to have a government, for the first time in decades, which answers to them," CNN quoted Donald Trump as saying at his rally in Des Moines, Iowa on Friday.
Officially introducing Iowa Governor Terry Branstad as the new US ambassador to China, Donald Trump said that he has chosen a man who knows and likes China.
Trump asserted that Branstad has been delivering results for 23 years for the great farmers and people of Iowa.
Donald Trump also said that he would suspend immigration from places where it cannot be processed or vetted.
“I want people to come legally into the United States,” he added.
