New Delhi, June 3 : Two employees of a private security agency have decamped with  nearly Rs 80 lakh cash belonging to Delhi Metro. The incident occured three days ago and the complaint has been lodged with police.

The employees, Sanjay and Pawan, worked for Intelligence and Security Agency and used to collect Delhi Metro cash collections on the Barakhambha Road-Yamuna Bank route to deposit  the amount with the bank.

Three days ago, the two employees vanished with the security van after collecting cash from Yamuna Bank Metro, police said..

Intelligence and Security Agency is sub-contracted by a bank that maintains the account of Metro's daily collections  through sale of tokens.

Both of them were employed with Intelligence and Security Agency for  the last one and a half years. Interestingly, the security agency does not have accurate details of the absconding duo, police said.
