Mysore, Oct 6 :Scores of Kannada Rakshana Vedike activists today went on rampage inside the Wipro Mysore campus and broke office furniture and other items.
The activists alleged that work was going on inside the Wipro office despite a 12-hour bandh call on the Cauvery water issue.
The activists gatecrashed inside the Wipro office, forced all the employees to come out and then proceeded to ransack the office.
Police personnel came to the spot later, but by that time the KRV activists had fled.
In Bangalore, pro-Kannada activists stoned BMTC buses and deflates tyres of vehicles running in the city.The activists also stopped train services at Bangalore and Mysore.
The South Western Railway has cancelled three express trains including the Shatabdi, running between Bangalore and Mysore.
