5.2 magnitude earthquake hits Mizoram
An earthquake measuring magnitude 5.2 on the Richter Scale was felt in Mizoram on Saturday. According to the National Centre for Seismology, the tremors were felt 119 km east of Champhai at 02:20 pm today.
The depth of the light-intensity quake was 30 km.
There were no immediate reports of any loss of life or damage to property due to the earthquake.
