Jammu and Kashmir: Three terrorists killed as Indian Army foils infiltration bid along LoC in Kupwara

Three terrorists were killed on Saturday as the Indian  Army foiled an infiltration bid along the Line of Control (LoC) in Tangdhar sector of Jammu and Kashmir.

According to a police official, some terrorists were trying to infiltrate from across the LoC in Tangdhar sector in Kupwara district of north Kashmir and three of them were killed.

The police official added that a search operation was going on in the area.

Director General of Jammu and Kashmir Police (DGP) S P Vaid also confirmed the killing of militants.

"Three terrorists killed by Army while infiltrating in Tangdhar sector of Kupwara today," Vaid tweeted.
