It is for the fourth time now that China has blocked India's bid at the UN Security Council to designate Jaish-e-Mohammed Chief Masood Azhar as a global terrorist. Even as global pressure against Masood Azhar mounted, China chose to put up "technical hold" as an excuse to shield the Jaish chief, whose terror organisation recently claimed responsibility of the deadly attack in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama district, that claimed lives of 44 CRPF personnel.

China's last minute move has not just saved Masood Azhar from being banned, but has also triggered outrage among people. From boycotting Chinese goods to raising tarriffs, there are all sorts of suggestions people are coming up with against Beijing. Meanwhile, #BoycottChineseProducts kept trending on Twitter.
