Two terrorists were neutralised in an exchange of fire with security forces in Bagender Mohalla of Bijbehara in South Kashmir's Anantnag district, on Thursday.
Incriminating material including arms and ammunition was recovered from the site of encounter, news agency ANI quoted J&K police, as saying.
Cops have registered a case.
