Okay now do we really have anything or anyone else to blame for our belly fat rather than ourselves?
I do love my body, I really do but when I can clean my house then why can't I clean myself up of the things that are not only harming my outlook but also damaging me from the inside. This is what each one of us must give a thought to.
For quite sometime now even I had been excusing my laid back attitude towards exercise for reasons like, long hours of desk job, excessive work pressure, mood swings but really it's me who in the end has to think over about myself and my body.
Nobody forced guess force someone to sit for continuous hours or filling up stomach to an extent that it'll burst just because it was favourite dish!
Alike many other people who do not get time for themselves, I need to control and I also definitely needed to analyze what actually led to such lousy changes in me.
