Moscow: Over half of the Russian minors, who are using the Internet, visit websites with harmful content including pornography, the country's children rights ombudsman Pavel Astakhov has revealed.
In a report to an international conference on information safety for children, Astakhov said: "About 40 percent of those aged under 14 visit porn sites."
Russian children make 18 percent of the country's active Internet users, or around 10 million people, the report said.
