New Delhi: Mexican delights are here, take a bite! MexitUp has come up with a fresh menu dominated by grilled Mexican dishes to woo food lovers' taste buds.
Located in Greater Kailash-1, the eatery is inspired by US-based Chipotle's Tex-Mex style of fast food and quick service dining.
MexitUp offers a fixed menu and also engages with customers with its “do it yourself” tacos, burritos and quesadillas bar.
“Delhi food culture is evolving every day. People are more open to trying new cuisines and formats,” co-owner and director Akul Dhingra, said in a statement.
Pushkar Chopra, also co-owner and director, is well travelled and has been exposed to different cultures and cuisines.
“I fell in love with Mexican/Tex- Mex food during the few years I spent in California; the freshness and flavours of Mexican food and the fact that the ingredients are so close to Indian food, but so different...
"We are super excited to serve people food with soul,” he said.
