Shilpa Shetty Kundra has never failed to amaze her fans with her workout videos. The actress has always been a big enthusiast of fitness and recommends yoga and a healthy way of life to everyone. While her fans have always been in awe of her fitness videos that she keeps sharing on social media, this time Shilpa Shetty Kundra has broken all the existing records of her workout routines and have tried something that has left the fans awestruck.
Taking to her Instagram, Shilpa Shetty shared a workout video saying, “If you want something you never had you have to do something you’ve never done. Keeping that in mind this is my first attempt at #aerialyoga #SilkYoga... was scared, but have to say, what a fun session it was @ria.rbajaj. Thank you to my team and @thevinodchanna for helping me to move out of my comfort zone. I believe you can only learn something new if you are willing to feel awkward , pain and uncomfortable. Once you overcome that ,the joy ..strength and happiness is incomparable.” The captions surely denotes that Shilpa is extremely happy to have overcome another obstacle in her way to attain the fittest body. In the video, Shilpa is seen trying her hands on aerial yoga and she performs it brilliantly.

Asked what initiatives she has taken to promote health and fitness as a celebrity, she said: "I have my YouTube channel and I do healthy recipes on that channel. I hope I will touch that one million subscribers mark soon." Shilpa said that more than physical training, it was necessary to have a balanced diet for a person to live a healthy lifestyle. She added, "It's so important for everyone to know that nutrition plays such an important part in maintaining good health. I feel that is something most people don't understand. People think that it's just about working out.”
