According to the Independent, this form of yoga claims to greatly benefit both physical and mental wellbeing. Founded by celebrity trainer Bizzie Gold in 2012, it has even found a place in the workout routine of stars such as Jennifer Love Hewitt. Here's all you need to know about this new energetic yoga.

It is composed of a variety of different movements, including vinyasa-style yoga, tribal-inspired dancing, and plyometric exercises and is paired with pumping music.

Unlike other forms of yoga which are usually considered as soothing, Buti yoga practitioner should surely have a sweat bucket on their side.

The workout involves the spiral structure technique (SST), a signature strengthening technique, which activates all areas of the abdominal muscles by using spiral movements, as opposed to linear ones.

As per reports, a 75-minute workout could burn 800 to 1,000 calories.
