Kiara Advani turned heads in Bengaluru on Saturday as she arrived for the trailer launch of Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups. For the occasion, the actor chose a striking white ensemble that combined a fitted corset-inspired top with a flowing skirt, creating a look that was both sculptural and glamorous.
The outfit stood out for its structured detailing around the waist and hips, while the long skirt softened the silhouette with its draped fabric and thigh-high slit. The all-white palette kept things elegant, with the unusual construction of the outfit adding plenty of drama.
Kiara goes all-white for Toxic event
The Say No More outfit featured an off-shoulder neckline and a tightly fitted bodice with vertical detailing running down the front. Sculpted panels extended outwards around her hips, giving the upper half of the look a distinctive architectural shape.
The skirt hugged the figure through the waist and hips before falling into a softer drape towards the floor. A high slit added another element to the otherwise floor-length silhouette, while Kiara completed the look with Christian Louboutin heels.
Lakshmi Lehr and Kashish Gaur put the outfit together, while Nikita Menon styled her hair into voluminous, side-swept waves that fell over one shoulder. Lekha Gupta kept the makeup sophisticated, with defined eyes, softly highlighted skin and a muted lip that worked with the neutral outfit.
What Toxic is about
Set in Goa between the 1940s and 1970s, Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups is centred on the rise of a powerful drug cartel during a period of major political and social change, as Portuguese rule in the region starts to decline.
Yash leads the cast, with Kiara, Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi, Tara Sutaria and Rukmini Vasanth also playing key parts. Geetu Mohandas has directed the film, which is produced by KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations.
The project combines a period setting with an action-driven gangster story. It has been filmed in Kannada and English and is set to be released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam as well.
Kiara's recent films
Kiara's last two releases were War 2 and Game Changer. The action thriller War 2 arrived in 2025, while Game Changer, her Telugu action film, was also released earlier that year.
