Telly queen Ekta Kapoor has produced some of the evergreen shows and one of them was Kasautii Zindagii Kay. The daily soap was a delightful watch because of the crackling chemistry between lead pair Prerna (Shweta Tiwari) and Anurag Basu (Cezzane Khan). And now, Ekta has shared a tweet in which she is talking about bringing back her most successful love saga that ran for nine years.
The producer wrote, ''With a piece of my broken heart I wrote in 2001, 17 years later I Reboot it dipping in personal pain & lacing it with experiences of an older me! Bringing back my most successful love saga that ran for 9 yrs! Again I’ll take my broken heart & make it into art! #NamesToBeAnnounced.'' Soon, after she posted the tweet, fans began speculating about her hit shows.
Well, let's have a look at running time of some of her popular shows. Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi was on air from 2000-2008, Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii also aired during the same time period. But, it was Kasautii which was launched in 2001 and went off air in 2009, thus making it a nine-year run.
Well, we don't know whether she is planning to bring back Prerna and Anurag Basu's love story on screen or she has some other thing in her mind. However, if it is about Kasautii, then we will be excited to know whether Cezzane and Shweta are reuniting for the project.
Meanwhile, both the actors- Cezzane and Shweta have taken a break from acting.
