Hiten Tejwani, Karan Wahi and Siddharth Shukla approached to play Mr Bajaj in Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2
Last week, we told you that soon after Hina Khan aka Komolika's exit from Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2, a new character will be introduced in the show to keep the audience hooked. That new character would be none other than iconic Mr Rishabh Bajaj, who was Prerna's second husband in Kasautii. According to a new update, the TV actors who are approached to play the role are Hiten Tejwani, Karan Wahi and Siddharth Shukla. In the previous version, Mr Bajaj was played by heartthrob Ronit Roy. The actor became a household name soon after his stint in Kasautii Zindagii Kay. The pressure is on Ekta Kapoor to choose the best among the available options to create the wave again.
A Pinkvilla report has revealed that Karan Wahi, Hiten Tejwani and Siddharth Shukla have been approached to play Mr Bajaj in Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2. Hiten Tejwani was last seen in Bigg Boss 11 while Sidharth Shukla played the male lead in Dil Se Dil Tak. Karan Wahi was missing from the television for a long time.
"Karan Wahi, Hiten Tejwani, Siddharth Shukla among others have been approached to play Mr Bajaj on the show. However, a final decision will only be known by the end of the week," the report reads.
Mr Bajaj's character will be introduced in Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 around May 17-18. Although, since the actor has not been finalised, the makers might want to reconsider the schedule. On a related note, Hina Khan who plays Komolika, will part ways from the show as she will be getting busy with her Bollywood projects. Currently, she will be heading to Cannes International Film Festival to unveil the first look of her Bollywood debut Lines.
