Thalapathy Vijay's much-awaited film 'Beast' released in theaters on April 13. The film has been receiving a tremendous response from the FDFS (First-day first show). The first show of the film was scheduled for 4 am in the states in the South and fans flocked to cinema halls in thousands to witness the action extravaganza. The tickets for the film were available for booking worldwide from last week and within a few hours, theaters had to declare it houseful. Due to high demand, a few tickets for the film are also being sold in black through social media.
According to media reports, theaters in Virudhunagar have announced a new offer for the people who have purchased the ‘Beast’ FDFS tickets. Reportedly, the theaters are giving 1 litre of petrol free of cost to the people who are buying 5 FDFS tickets for the film. The first show of the film in Virudhunagar screened at 7 am.

Reportedly, the cost of the ticket was priced at Rs 500 for the FDFS and Rs 300 and Rs 400 for the rest of the shows in Virudhunagar. Also the petrol prices are soaring high in the country and therefore fans are more excited after this news. Indeed, this step by the theatres is going to entice people abd watch the film.
Previously an organization had announced a holiday for its employees to watch the film. The letter from HR had surfaced online which mentioned that this step was taken to avoid 'piled up leave requests'.

'Beast', directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, is a hostage drama with Vijay playing the leading role. The film also stars Pooja Hegde in the female lead. For the unversed, the film had a theatrical clash with South actor Yash's 'KGF Chapter 2', which will come out tomorrow.
