The actress, who accused Anurag Kashyap of sexually harassing her, allegedly made derogatory remarks for Richa

Actress Richa Chadha has shared a copy of Bombay High Court order disproving the claims made by an actress who refused to apologize to her for allegedly defaming her.

Richa took to her Instagram handle and posted a copy of the court's order. In the caption, she wrote, “WE WON! Satyamev Jayate! Grateful to the Hon. Bombay High Court for justice ! The order is now in public record, freely available for all on the High Court website. Thank you for your support, next hearing (for settlement) is on the 12th as is mentioned in the order.”

Take a look at Richa Chadha's post here:

Not long ago, the actress accused filmmaker Anurag Kashyap of sexual harassment and later in the context named the three actresses including Richa Chadha. The other two were Huma Qureshi and Mahie Gill.

On getting her name dragged falsely in the case, Richa has dragged the actress to the court.

Richa's lawyer in his statement said, “Our Client Ms. Richa Chadha, condemns the act of her name being unnecessarily and falsely dragged in a derogatory manner into controversies and allegations being recently raised by third parties. Though our Client believes that genuinely wronged women should get justice at all costs, there are legislations that are intended to ensure that women have an equal standing in their workplace and to ensure that they have a cordial workplace in which their dignity and self-respect is protected.”

However, after the actress did not accept the hard copy of the court's order, Richa had to share the soft copy online with underlining the words: ‘withdrawing her statements’ and ‘an unconditional apology’.

Richa even filed a defamation suit against a news channel and self-proclaimed film critic Kamaal R Khan for the same.

Meanwhile, a lot of fans and celebrities came in support of her. Popular names like Zoya Akhtar, Kubbra Sait, Pulkit Samrat and many others commented on her post.
