Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani have never opened up on their relationship publicly but that doesn't stop the duo from making appearances. Their weekend lunch is a ritual that now everyone knows about. Also, their social media interaction has made fans sure about their dating game. It has been over a year and the couple is still going strong. This shows how madly they are in love with each other. Meanwhile, Tiger and Disha are all set for their new releases. While Tiger will be seen in Student of the Year 2, Disha will feature in Salman Khan starrer Bharat.
Recently during SOTY 2 promotions, when Tiger was asked about how Disha reacted to the trailer, the actor revealed that she complimented the film in the sweetest way possible. ''She loved it. She messaged me when it was released. She sent me clap emojis and lightning bolt emojis,'' he said. ''All you guys are looking so good. It looks like a different and fresh film. Bohot time ke baad a film like this has come out. It's going to be fun, not to just go there and chew our brains. Just go have fun and be entertained. You are looking so good in that world,'' Tiger added.
Meanwhile, during one of the interviews, Tiger Shroff said that he has worked hard to create his own identity. “I am more like momma (Ayesha Shroff). My sister, Krishna is more like my dad. Dad is so bindaas. He doesn’t care about what people think. I am uptight and focussed. My father was born a star. On the other hand, I had to work hard to get out of his shadow and make my own identity. I didn’t want to just be — Jackie Shroff ka beta,'' he had said.
On a related note, SOTY 2 directed by Punit Malhotra and produced by Karan Johar is a sequel to 2012 college drama Student of the Year. The film which is set to hit the screens on May 10 also has Ananya Panday and Tara Sutaria in important roles. For unversed, the day when trailer was launched, netizens mocked the film harshly. SOTY 2 triggered a flood of memes which slammed the film left, right and centre.
